Les Jardins Restaurant MaltaAs the hotel’s main restaurant, Les Jardins is where guests can enjoy mouth-watering lavish breakfast and dinner buffets bursting with a delectable selection of both local and international cuisine, and also serene, pleasant views of the gardens. This restaurant offers a feast for all the senses, right down to the final flourish that is colourful fresh flowers on every table.

Les Jardins is impeccably designed with a traditional Maltese style of soft, natural colours and typical stone. It is situated on the hotel’s ground floor, has a capacity of 280 patrons and can also be transformed into a hall for weddings and other grand events. Large glass windows face the garden providing plenty of natural light.

In the warmer months, Les Jardins extends itself onto the outside garden terrace for one to enjoy a crisp, scrumptious breakfast surrounded by nature, and later on, that extra special meal by the shimmering pool and underneath the stars. Barbecues by the pool are another treat on offer at the MARITIM.

During winter, a traditional lunch buffet is held on Sundays at Les Jardins.

Guests who are booked on a half-board basis may eat both breakfast and dinner here.
